A variety of research and discovery methods were employed to help identify user needs and pain points.

With such a complex organisation it was critical to understand different users needs. Personas help us to create a picture of these individuals, and their day-to-day working lives.
Journey mapping
A wide range of journey blueprints were created to assist understanding of current processes and the systems involved.
